Who is it for?
As the name says, the weekend is for ladies and couples: women on their own or with friends, and couples. It’s a really sociable weekend for meeting old friends and making new ones.
What happens over the ladies and couples spa weekend
- Friday from 6pm: arrive, settle in and warm up. There’s a social supper in the evening.
- Saturday: a full day of sauna, steam room, hot tub and garden, with massage available. In the evening, a second social supper and the social quiz.
- Sunday until 12 noon: a slow morning, one last round of heat and home.
Throughout the weekend you have the spa: an Aspen-clad sauna, steam room, hot tub, plunge pool, heated loungers, secluded gardens, the garden retreat with its log fire and the licensed café bar.

The Christmas party weekend
The 11 to 13 December weekend is the festive version: the same sociable mix of heat, hospitality, social suppers and Saturday quiz, with a Christmas party feel.
